1. What we do

We make jewellery to your individual order — to your parameters, sketch and wishes.

All stones in our pieces are lab-grown (Lab Grown); they are not natural stones. The specifications of a piece (metal, hallmark, weight and stone parameters) are stated when the order is agreed.

2. How an order is placed

You send your wishes (photo/reference, size); we agree the details, the sketch and the price.

Approval takes place via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or e-mail. Correspondence, photos and videos have the force of signed documents and confirm that the order was agreed exactly so.

The order goes into production after the sketch is approved and the deposit is paid.

3. Payment

Deposit — 50% after the sketch is approved, before production begins.

Balance — 50% once the piece is ready, before shipping. Delivery follows full payment.

4. Timing, completion and acceptance

Production takes up to ____ working days from the deposit and order approval.

Before shipping we send you a photo/video of the finished piece and its certificate. You confirm acceptance by photo/video; after that the piece is shipped to Kazakhstan.

5. Returns and exchange

Each piece is made individually for you, so a piece of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged — it is goods made to personal order, not a ready-made item from a range.

If a manufacturing defect is found, we resolve it under the guarantee (clause 6) — this right of yours is preserved.

6. Guarantee

We guarantee that the piece matches the agreed order and is free of manufacturing defects. If a hidden manufacturing defect is found within ____ months, we will repair it free of charge, or, if repair is impossible, remake the piece. The guarantee does not cover wear, mechanical damage or the consequences of improper wear/storage.
